Returns
If you wish to return any item for any reason, please email us first letting us know your intention to return the goods and your reasons why. You must pay for the freight and items must be received in original unworn condition- i.e. all labels & tags attached. Items must be received within 14 days from the delivery date.
We invite you to make queries into any matters concerning our products whether it be sizing, fabric, colour– whatever you may wish to discuss prior to and after purchasing.
Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, because the actual colours you see depend on the monitor you are using, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
We do not do returns for credit or refund if you find the garment "simply does not suit" so please pick carefully. We do not offer refunds on anything purchased from our online store. We do offer a sizing exchange system (more details below) but where a new size can not be supplied because of stock levels, we may offer a credit/exchange for another garment, but we do not give cash refunds.
Faulty goods
If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to a manufacturing fault in the garment, it is possible to return it to us for an exchange and we will replace faulty goods. This must be done within two weeks of purchase. We will not replace items where it is obvious the care instructions have been ignored. To return a faulty garment, please contact us by email before returning to inform us of the issue.
Wrong sizing
If you are not satisfied with the fit of the garment despite following the sizing guide carefully, then we will replace the item with a more suitable size, but only once. Shipping costs will not be refunded. You will see on the packing slip provided with your item, there is a form to fill out for sizing returns which outlines all the associated costs, and the process of exchanging items purchased online.
Pricing
All pricing shown is in New Zealand Dollars. GST (Goods and Services Tax) at 12.5% is included within the price. Payments from customers outside of New Zealand are required to pay by credit card in New Zealand Dollars. We do not accept any other currency. Your credit card issuer may apply charges for currency conversion. Urban Creative 2007 Ltd will not cover the cost of these charges or accept responsibility for any currency conversion charges.
Payment
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Please note, your card information is not disclosed to any other party. Goods will only be dispatched once full payment has been received and funds have been cleared – this may take up to two days with Visa and MasterCard.

We will only ship to the following countries: Australia, UK and U.S.A
Goods will be sent using International Air with NZ Post. Expect 3-10 working days for delivery. Freight charges will be included in total price of order. This includes a Track & Trace service fee. All goods are charged at a minimum of .5kg to 2kg base fee. If the total weight exceeds 2kg, we will cover it :)
